Reclamo a Szshixi

I purchased online 27” class led portable touch screen monitor on 30th november

Good morning
it's samar abbas writing you from lahore pakistan.i did an online purchase " 27" class led full hd-portable touch-screen-monitor " from your website on 30th november [números] and paid the amount of $49.00 from my debit card.
i got an order confirmation email on 30th november and your order is on way on 4th november that contains the tracking id hhh[números]yq.
when i click on this id, a website of letracking opens and states the status;

[números]-12-06 11:54 shenzhen, goods leave the operation center [números]-12-04 17:53
shenzhen, item outbound in sorting center. [números]-12-04 16:55

i am contacting them on their given email addresses (service@wounid.com and service@szshixi.com) but my emails were bounced back giving me the notification of delivery failed.

    My Claim was not resolved yet.
    As per the tracking status shown online and on their app shows the package is delivered but still I am waiting and I didn’t received the package.
