Reclamo a Hopper
Hoy 17 de julio de [números], realice reserva de hotel mercure bogotá [números] con la plataforma de hopper, se realizo transferencia por $ [números] pesos colombianos y llegamos al hotel y me indican que la reserva no fue hecha por hopper y que no tienen convenio con esta plataforma. Por lo que me toca volver a pagar la reserva, hopper debe responder por estos dineros y hacer la devolución del [números]% de los mismos ya que el hotel mercure bogotá [números] no responde porque no recibió el pago de mi reserva.
