Reclamo a Hopper
Realice una reserva en el hotel krystal all inclusive y hopper me reservo en otro el cual jamás yo ni pague ni seleccione tengo un mes solicitando respuesta y no me ayudan ya que fue error de ellos hacer la reservación en otro lado ahora me quieren regresar el dinero y no solucionar a una semana de mis vacaciones.
tengo correos y chats donde confirman mi hotel y dónde validan mis datos además del cobro estoy lista para hacer una demanda.
