El día lunes 15 de abril de [números] realice una compra por hopper de dos tiquetes de bogotá a madrid españa, al realizar el pago salió un aviso de fondos insuficientes pero se descontó un total de cop $7.[números].[números] a nombre de turism web ebanx compr, me comuniqué con hopper y me dicen que no les sale ninguna reserva y que no ha recibido la plata, requiero me reembolsen ya que el destinatario no recibió el reembolso.
