I have tried to email them but no reply of course these people are lowlife that scam good honest people i bought this tree for my grandchildren that i haven't seen for a year thinking it would be a great surprise for them i will rest till this issue is resolved

They are scammers and they will hide because they have no intentions to rectify the matter they know exactly what I ordered and what they sent me these people should be named and shamed or even better sent to prison
