Reclamo a Flight Network
On 08/28/[números] i took the flight from washington (iad) to tampa (tpa) ua [números] ref #n4jj98, they were two tickets in the name of ana m santos and juan c olivieri, which i acquired on 05/09/[números] under the “economy” class that includes transportation of a checked bag and a cabin carry on bag without charge within the maximum weight, which in our case we did not exceed. Great was my surprise when i was informed at the company counter of united that i had to pay a total of us$ [números], us$ 40 for each checked bag and us$ 30 for each carry on suitcase. To my surprise, they told me that my tickets were in the “economy basic” category, which did not include luggage transport without additional charge. Since i had to board the flight, i was forced to pay the us$ [números] to avoid missing the flight. I consider that this was a fraud and demand the return of us$ [números].

Quiero mi rembolso
Quiero que me rembolsen el pago de dos asientos de salida de emergencia en los cuatro tramos realizados ya que lh declara no haber recibido el pago y yo si le pagué a flightnetwork.
