Not possible to have a refund

I bought a course beginning of june, exactly 30days later, i noticed an amount of [números] usd paid to domestica. That was a so called free trial that i had enrolled in. Never i gave my explicit acknowledgement for a membership. The company ignores my emails and there is certainly no refund button as they explain on their helpdesk page. According to that page, i should be entitled to have a refund as i am still in the 14days window after payment.

    I have written on several occasions to Domestika, but I only get an email with a link to their refund page. There it states that you just log in into your profile and you have the possibility to be refunded as there is a refund button. But there is not
