I bought 4 flight tickets with smart fare , but the reservation was never made with actual airline, so i called smartfares to ask about the situation and they say that the price of the tickets had changed from when i bought them ,that's why i don't have a reservation with the airline and they ask for more money to solve the problem. So i tell them that it is not my fault and they have to either solve the situation , because the price i paid was the one on the website at that time , or refund my money , the answer is that they can't and if they do the refund they will only refund a part of what i paid.
so i ended up buying the tickets again directly with the airline .
