el dia martes 26 de mayo hice una compra por PAGOEFECTIVO a BOACOMPRA, la compra esta en el historial de STEAM como pendiente... he mandando mensaje de ayuda a soporte no contestan solo me brindaorn un ticket... steam solo espera 5 dias....ya solo faltan 12 horas... pagoefectivo no se hace responsable y tambien me dicen que no hay reembolsos, tengo el voucher de pago, la confirmacion de PAGOEFECTIVO, pero no hay la confirmacion de BOACOMPRA, entonces donde esta mi dinero? STEAM tampoco se va hacer responsable, asi que hare una denuncia publica y le hare llegar todas las denuncias de BOACOMPRA que afectaron a usuarios de STEAM.

tuviste alguna solucion? yo tambien pague por pagoefectivo hacia boacompra solo me dice pago rechazado no me responden de alguna manera de recuperar mi dinero y los de pagoefectivo me dijeron que solo son intermediarios que el dinero ya no lo tienen ellos.
