Reclamo a Mercado Libre

Corregir el noimbre

Tengo problemas con el retirode la mercaderia porque mercado libre se confundio al pasar los datos al comercio y dio erroneo el nombre del destnatario, por lo tanto el correo en tucuman no entrega la mercaderia

    SE COMUNICARON CONMIGO LOS DE MERCADO LIBRE, POR MI RECLAMO SOBRE LA CONFUSION DEL DESTINATARIO DEL ENVIO DE UNA MERCADERIA,
    LA VERDAD NO ESPERABA QUE LO HAGAN,POR LA MALA FAMA QUE LE HACEN EN LOS MEDIOS... ESPERO QUE ME SOLUCIONEN EL PROBLEMA, PARA RECUPERAR LA CONFIANZA Y SEGUIR COMPRANDO...GRACIAS A TU QUEJASUMA

        QUERIA REITERAR EL RECLAMO A MERCADO LIBRE POR QUE NO RECIBI UNA RESPUESTA CONCRETA Y SATISFACTORIA SOBRE UNA MERCADERIA QUE COMPRE Y QUE NO PUEDE SER RETIRADA TODAVIA.. POR QUE MERCADO NO CORRIGE EL NOMBRE DEL DESTINATARIO DEL ENVIO..
        LA MERCADERIA ESTA EN EL CORREO HACE MUCHOS DIAS PERO NO LA PUEDEN ENTREGAR POR DICHO ERROR...
        ES UNA PENA PORQUE COMO EN LAS COPRAS QUE HICE NO HABIA TENIDO PROBLEMAS... QUERIA COMPRAR MATERIALES DE CONSTRUCCION, QUE ESTAN A MUY BUEN PRECIO.. PERO AHORA TENGO MIEDO DE COMPRAR....
