Mi cuenta me la robaron y la banearon

My account was banned but i did not use a third-party application or hacker why my account was stolen and have been using it for sure and i already recovered it and it turns out that my account has been suspended told him because i want to see what he does with that problem because i want continue in my account to see if they can undo it because i already changed my password
