Reclamo a Apple
I have a macbook pro since [números]. First one i have to change it in the first 2 hours it came failed. The charger of the new one burns in the first 6 months .
after that in [números] i leave my macbook pro in for technical service because the battery was not working well. They tell me that nothing was wrong. After that i'm having the "battery service" message on my computer. I was wright and my mbp was having problems with the battery.
i have apple care and even with that i cant manage them to fix my mac or change it to a new one

Realice la compra de parches y me lo cobraron en mi tarjeta y no me enviaron ni la compra ni un seguimiento ni nada solo me lo cobraron en mi tarjeta
Desde appel me están cobrando $1532,40 por mes,por un servicio que no utilizo
